Terms of use

Version 2026-10-21

1. About the service

Loyalty Member is provided by Stuen på 1. Sal ApS, CVR 36700076, Jernbanegade 3, 1. sal, 5000 Odense C, Danmark. The app gives customers digital stamp cards, membership tiers and offers at participating venues, and gives venues tools to manage them.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13. Some benefits at bars and nightclubs require you to be 18.
  • Membership is personal and may not be shared or lent out. Your profile photo, name and date of birth must be accurate and show you.
  • An account can only be active on one device at a time.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secret.

3. Receipts and spend

Only genuine receipts from the venue you upload to count. Uploading fake, edited or other people's receipts, or the same receipt more than once, is not allowed and may lead to account closure and reset of spend. The venue can approve or reject receipts.

4. Discounts and rewards

Tiers and discounts are set by each venue based on your verified spend with them. Discounts require a confirmed email and are shown to staff in the app. The venue decides whether and how a discount or reward is given and may change its offers.

5. ID verification

The ID check is an AI-based check, not official identification. Venues may ask to see your physical ID at any time. Misusing someone else's documents is illegal and leads to account closure.

6. For venues

Venues are responsible for their offers, opening hours and content, for keeping the staff PIN secret, and for complying with applicable law, including rules on alcohol sales and marketing. A venue is an independent controller for data it uses about its own guests outside the app.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the app working but can't guarantee it's always available or error-free. We're not responsible for venues' offers or services. Our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will ask you to accept material changes. These terms are governed by Danish law and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
